An independent builder worked his magic with this project and so it was our job to assist with installation of our speciality materials, namely: 70m² of 250mm thick hollow-core slab; steel beams and a precast concrete staircase.

Access to the property was limited due to the panhandle site so Level Up negotiated with the landlords of the apartment complex behind the property to gain sufficient access in order to complete the installation.

Although it was a challenging job due to a few unforeseen hurdles, we completed it successfully and the client was happy.
