For this build, Level Up supplied 127m² of 200mm thick hollow-core slabs and steel beam supports. The slabs had to be slot into the flange of the steel beam for a visibly smoother finish. The steel angles were also bolted into an upstand concrete beam.

The site had difficult access conditions, so the hollow-core slabs had to be double handled. Large trucks were parked in an open field with a smaller crane truck collecting a few slabs at a time and taking it to site. All went well with the job, creating the beginning of a beautiful transformation of the space.
