This client really levelled up their project by incorporating a beautiful cantilevered balcony into the expansion of their home. As one of their suppliers, we contributed by supplying the materials, and installing 90m² of 200mm thick hollow-core slabs, which were supported by in-situ beams and the construction was completed with a concrete staircase leading up to the next level.

The project went well and with the building completed, the finishing touches and interior design would finalise the space for our client. Their renovation was a glorious victory in that it created more usable living space within their premises, and earned them an elevated view of luscious surrounding environment.
