Gematrix Residential Apartments

This development on Avenue De Midi has been one of the larger projects Level Up has had thus far, comprising of the construction of two levels for residential apartments.

For the project, Level Up provided the design and supply of: Second and third floor slabs (which added up to 1500m² of hollow-core slabs); 8 precast concrete staircases (4 staircases per level) as well as concrete beams for the building.

The job took 3 installation days per level. Once the first level of 750m² of hollow-core slabs were installed, the builder would continue to build the brickwork and within 2 weeks, the next level had been installed and the job completed.
